Role Summary
Goldwins is looking for a friendly and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive (Female) to join our showroom team in Coimbatore. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them toward the right tile and building-material solutions. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply, along with candidates who have up to 2 years of relevant sales or showroom experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tiles and related products.
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers until order confirmation.
- Follow up with customer enquiries through phone and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and billing team for order processing.
- Maintain customer records and update sales reports.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and products are displayed properly.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Education
Any Graduate / Diploma

0 – 2 Years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)
