Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive B2B or B2C sales of Epson printers and printing solutions in the Tirupur region. This role focuses on new business development, account management, and end-to-end sales execution. The ideal candidate will work closely with Sales Managers and technical teams to deliver tailored printing solutions to clients in sectors such as textiles, manufacturing, and commercial printing.

Primary Responsibilities (KRA)
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Epson printers and related solutions.
  • Generate new business through lead identification, cold calling, field visits, and client engagement.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and product demonstrations to proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
  • Engage with purchase managers, production heads, and business owners to understand printing needs and recommend suitable Epson solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to support key accounts and strategic deals.
Secondary Responsibilities (KRA)
  • Coordinate with technical and support teams for product demos, installations, and after-sales service.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Collect and share customer feedback, competitor insights, and market trends with internal teams.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events in the Tirupur region.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as local campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Stay informed about Epson product updates, industry trends, and customer requirements.
Job Specifications
Education
Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field
Experience
2 – 5 Years in B2B Hardware / Printer Sales
Preferred
Epson or Large-format Printing Solutions exposure
Selling Skills
Strong understanding of solution-based selling and customer engagement
Soft Skills
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Work Style
Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities and meet deadlines
Tools
Familiarity with CRM platforms will be an added advantage
